This is a great product - full of greens as well as probiotics which are good for digestion, skin and liver health, and detoxification. I take these every day and have noticed a difference in my energy levels and my skin's appearance. I have been taking these super greens for about a month now. They are a large green pill and they taste awful. They go down better with milk. Other wise I struggle to swallow. I have not seem much of a difference in how I feel. I had better luck with a green I had been purchasing from a local health food store.I bought a three month supply. So I will be taking them for a couple more months. The amazon price was the best price I could find. So if you want to try them. I would recommend you buy them here.
