My Daughter started drinking this w/ her rice or almond milk when she was 1yr. old. She is allergic to milk, soy and peanuts. She cannot tolerate cow or goat milk straight but for some reason she can have this powder. It has the protien and fat she needs in her diet. The powder itself mixes very easily into warm liquids but would need a blender mixing if serving cold. It has a nice flavor, not bitter or sugary.

As an animal protein, Goatein is an excellent source of complete protein containing all eight essential amino acids. Since goat's milk protein molecules are structured differently than cow's milk proteins, Goatein is easy to digest and can be tolerated by many people who cannot digest cow's milk.
