My pregnant wife was having constipation problems. On 2nd day and scoop, everything was flowing fine. Now she takes it once or twice a week and haven't had any issues yet for a couple of months now. I take it once in a while when things aren't flowing well, and it works great too. Taste good with protein shake to boot, great product!
