Had suffered from severe indigestion for years. Bad eating habits, especially eating too close to bedtime. Would wake up in the middle of the night in agony. Enzymes helped, but not much or for long. Was using much too much antacid--Dad used to drink the stuff directly from the jug! That's just a mask for the problem, no long-term solution and causes problems of its own. Constipation, anyone?
Super Seed was recommended by a health food enthusiast at work. I've never had an experience like the first time I tried Super Seed. Ten minutes after the first drink all the places in my gut that were hurting were soothed in bliss. Better than any drug.
Very expensive at health food stores, has come down some lately. Because of the cost I was only using Super Seed in the morning and a generic psyllium product at night. Amazon's subscription service lowers the price to just over $11 per 600-gram jug. Has actually lowered in price 3 times since I began subscription.
At that price I can justify using Super Seed morning and night. I do this without fail. I go through 2 600-gram jugs each month. Has improved my life tremendously. Even losing weight with no other efforts, probably because I hadn't been having any breakfast except coffee. Very simple process, mix 1 scoop (included in each jug) with any juice. I prefer orange juice, often mix others for variety. Can use plain water! Has cinnamon, tastes like apple pie. Doesn't dissolve quickly, just stir it awhile.
Have campaigned for Super Seed at length. Others have not had the breakthrough experience I enjoy. Some don't care for the thick texture, others had been using straight psyllium and had better luck with that. My brother got no relief but was suffering from extreme gall-bladder issues. For me it's a true panacea.
Be aware this WILL improve bowel function. Just pay attention to your body. Not a stimulant laxative so is not addictive or troublesome. But be sure to allow time for extra bathroom visits, especially when you start. Not horrible. All the stuff that was sitting there causing pain just moves on out. I don't recommend this as a topic for conversation.
Loaded with more than fiber, check the label. Amazing variety of probiotics and ground sprouts. My better feeling comes from more than indigestion relief. If you have gut trouble I highly recommend Super Seed.
