• If you have lower back aches or sciatica, this cushion will prevent further aggravation! The GSeat (gel seat) Cushion contains a layer of visco-elastic gel over a layer of memory foam. The cushion distributes weight throughout the seat to help prevent 'sore spots' and pressure sores caused by sitting for long periods of time.
• The cushion is soft, not squishy, yet still extremely supportive and comfortable for all-day use. It can make even hard seats like bleachers and picnic tables comfortable! In addition, the gel seat cushion has an indented center groove that keeps your coccyx suspended, eliminating soft tissue pressure while you sit. When the seat is folded in half, the openings in the center groove function as a 3" handle. This makes it easy to grab your cushion and go!
• The cushion has a 5 degrees forward slope to help keep your spine aligned correctly. This tilted angle helps lessen pain in the hips and discomfort from sciatica. This position also helps maintain the circulation to your legs while you sit, preventing numbness and easing the pain caused by varicose veins.
