I have less problems with bronchitis than I do with my sinuses. Despite an operation they still get blocked up and this stuff helps clear them like nothing else I've tried. It is a natural medicine with no adverse side effects like others that work on the same problems; you don't get drowsy or anything. My Dr. also told me that in cases where you have sever blockage you can disolve a capsule in hot water and inhale the steam. Customer Review: I bought this item at a pharmacy in Austria.
