I was one of those people with eating disorders who tried almost every diet in the market. I also went to all sort of treatments, scientific and none scientific. One night, I met this ND at a party and he suggested to try the Genotype Diet. That night, I got home and ordered the genotyping Kit, the Genotype diet book, and the blood typing kit. A month or two later, I have lost 39 ¾ pounds, most importantly I was feeling great eating according to my Genotype. I keep on losing weight and I owe Dr. D'Adamo my happiness. I am not going to go into the science because I am not a Dr. but I am going to say one thing "IT WORKS." Everything in the book is true and you only need the Genotyping kit to do some measurements. People who had not seen me in more than a month could not believe the change. I still cannot believe it myself, my MD cannot believe either. Ironically, he has seen the results every month and he is still skeptical of the Genotypes. Do yourself a favor, leave the skepticism aside and try it for yourself. Even if you are not overweight, the Genotype Diet helps you cope with different conditions.
