I bought two pairs of these when we started working with our daughter early in her potty learning. I thought they would be good to use during nap time and maybe overnights. Our daughter is very lean and leggy and these were even too tight for her. The elastic is very scratchy so it really irritates her legs. She would scream and cry until I just gave up and used "pullups' style diapers for naps and overights. I bought the gerber underwear too and she likes those just fine she calls them her "awake panties". Using one disposable diaper a day doesn't break the bank so I would skip the waterproof training pants until they come up with a better design.
