Customer Review: Always something not working as it should

We excitedly purchased the 3000 model for our bedroom after seeing the quiet efficiency of the 2000 unit we use in our infant son's nursery. After 2 months of operation in winter, it stopped reading our existing humidity level correctly therefore altered how it put out humid air. The company urged me to get a new one through the company I ordered it from but when that one had a malfunctioning spray control, I took up the issue with Germ Guardian. They stated they would have an "engineer" examine a new unit before sending it out to me and issued a call tag to pick up the old one. It took 2 weeks of that box sitting on my stoop for UPS to come buy, and when I received the new one, it always registered our existing humidity level as 35%! Frustrated, I now have a 4th unit and it, too, has a malfunctioning spray feature; it continuously sprays out on the "turbo" level and has saturated our carpet. I can speak highly about the customer service but, alas, the product with all its bells and whistles remains silent in my home.Customer Review: Both Units I have Owned Lasted About Two Months

After returning the first one I bought for a replacement after the first one stopped working, the second one lasted about a month before the vibrating part that creates the humidity stopped working. I contacted customer service and they blew me off by telling me that a replacement part was not available. My unit produced no heat in the heated mode, and always registers the room humidity at 35%. Germ stated that this unit is not defective and would not exchange it under the warranty.
Otherwise, it certainly humidifies, using up its tank in one to two days depending on spray flow mode. However, for the price, the H-3000 is certainly not worth it.

I had the same problem as someone else did on here. I bought this thinking it was supposed to be the best out there. It worked pretty good overnight, but after my wife was nursing our son to sleep, she called me in and it was leaking all over the floor - and into the inside components of the humidifier.
It's going back asap!

And I haved return the 4, none of them have work well for different problems, to much noise, the screen died, no steam coming out and too much steam coming out.
After 8 months, I finally give up I'm buying another brand possibly the AOS 2055D, I'm tired and I want something that work.
