This is the best gel ever made for blade shaving. It rinses quickly, cleanly and is a great lubricant. It doesn't leave a perfume smell on your face and is almost completely odorless. I can't believe it is discontinued. I chose to put off the pain of experimenting with other products and chose to pay the exorbitantly high price associated with locating a discontinued product. I think that Gillette could reinstate this product at double their original price which is still quite a bit less than the "discontinued" price and still have a market of people/fans who would still buy this product. I don't know what I will do when this tube runs out ... I have been careful to use it as sparingly as possible ... I dread the day when I have to go back to the market to find another product since I went through a lot of tubes of pain that I still remember so many years ago.
