This is a cute little teapot. But, it does not hold the 20 oz. as stated. At 18 oz. it is overflowing from the spout, and that is without the strainer or any tea in it. So, if you want tea for one, no problem, but if you want enough for a couple of you, you need a larger teapot.Customer Review: Attractive, but flimsy. . .

While this is an attractive teapot, I am disappointed by the quality of its construction. First, the glass is EXTREMELY thin; also, the lid does not sit tightly on the body of the teapot. The teapot is very small (which I knew beforehand)--so while it's suitable for the person I'm giving it to, I would not recommend it to those wanting to make more than 1 cup of tea at a time.
For the price, I expected more. Next time, I will invest in a teapot of higher quality.
