First night of testing: Fits snug and comfortable. Blocked out all light. Blue light was very calming and tranquil. I fell asleep in about 10 minutes. But, I also use a "Sound Conditioner Sound Screen SleepMate Electro-Mechanical White Noise Machine" which is amazing by far and highly recommended.
**** 1 year update **** No changes. The product works the same as it did on day 1.
