The quality of this item is so poor that I found myself unable to get beyond the cheap plastic foam enough to relax. Or perhaps it was the offgas smell it emits. There is nothing I can recommend about it beyond the theory behind it. I suggest waiting until someone comes up with a better, softer, more rest-inducing design.
