I have to say at first I wasn't sure this product really does what it says. The first week or two I actually thought it was making me hungrier. However, I've been taking it for a month now and it really is working. I used to eat two slices of pizza at a sitting (sometimes three) and now I can only eat one. This morning I made bacon, one egg and hash browns (I normally would have eaten 4 slices of bacon with the one egg and all of my hash browns.) This time I ate two slices of bacon, and half of the one egg and hash browns and couldn't finish anymore. So it has cut my food consumption roughly in half. I'd say don't give up too early on this product.
Not only that but it's really helping with my stomach issues. I get stomach aches a lot and have IBS and it has completely eliminated all of this for me.
Make sure you take it with lots of water though. It really is important.
