I ordered the system, but only received the armband with no software, so basically it's useless. There's no display. It has to be entered into my computer, but as I said, no software. It's just sitting in it's box until I have time to enter all of the information to the company, and wait for them to send me the rest. Inconvenient.Customer Review: Red arm Rash

WARNING: After 2 days of use the devise left welts and a rash where the metal conectors touched my arm and the marks are still there after a week. Then they charged me $6.95 for the service even though it came with 3 months free service. There should be warnings for people with sensitive skin.Customer Review: What they don't tell you

This product will not work without a subcription to their software. Even if you buy the display watch, once the fit is full there is noway to empty the device. So, don't look at this as a one time purchase this is something you must pay for the rest of your life.Customer Review: Paying for product then subscription

I wish that the product information was more thorough on the need for a subscription. I was not aware of this until its arrival. Not cool! Why pay $179 +, when you have to pay for a subscription too? Not to fair in my opinion.
