The use of this product for a family member, who has tried all the different commercial products as well as prescription products over the last 8 years, for very dry and damaged skin (vascular insufficiency)from the soles of his feet to his knees, arms and face, has been the sole effective treatment. All his health providers have noticed a dramatic difference within this past year! Needless to say, I now use it too and have readily recommended the use of this product for friends and clients with severe fragile and dry skin problems.
