The products last, it's easy to use and much cheaper than other brands and styles.
I've used other name brand warmers and this one is by far superior in heat source and overall quality of product. Great for back spasms or other body parts that are acting up and creaky. The shape and size is compact, yet covers a good area without hindering movement.
The adhesive is strong and you can even remove it and put on a different garment, as I use them mainly for muscle spasm issues and can sleep with one, then remove the patch that is still quite warm and use it another 6 hrs. during the day. You do need to be aware that it gets pretty warm, so adhere it to the clothing, not the skin, unless you're "tough" like another reviewer stated he uses it, but adhering it to your clothing helps eliminate any skin issues from constant contact, as when you move around, the pad on the clothing will heat up other areas and the surrounding air will help cool you off.
I'd like to know if the contents are organic and can be used in the garden, as iron may be beneficial to plants. One less thing in the dump site.
