I bought this product on the recommendation of my doctor to help curb my cravings for sweets. I know if sounds strange, but I thought I would give it a try. Well I am happy to report, it really works! Whenever I have a craving for something sweet, I put a drop or two of the grapefruit oil on my finger and rub it under my nose. Almost immediately, my craving for sweets disappears and does not return! I would recommend this to anyone who has a bad sweet tooth and is trying to curb a craving for something sweet. Again, I'm not sure how or why it works, but I have found that it does!
