I have arthritis and neurophathy in both hands making it painful to do certain things. I am very active and do just about anything I want to do. Opening round door knobs is just too much pain for me, can't grip the door knob without causing me a lot of pain. These grips are just wonderful and take the pain of opening a outside door away. Inside doors handles are different and do not cause a problem. One con is that they do not stand up in the Arizona heat and then the cold. I have had to replace them twice within one year. Regardless of fast replacement of these items they are well worth the moeny, could get along without them. Bought them on Amazon.com for a great price.
