For some reason, my first and only shipment of this came with a smell. There was a stink when I opened the whole shipment box and then more when I opened each individual pack. Have no idea what this was about, as the product LOOKED ok, but it left an indelible impression.Customer Review: Doesn't Make the Grade

This product does not meet the product we have been using; in fact, we'll have used this product up in 1/2 the time of the other we purchase. Softness isn't the problem, it's the lack of fiber in the paper content.
