I've previously taken the powdered version of this product. I would detest waking up and trying to take the berry flavored product mixed with some water. But I still took it most days because of the positive benefits. All of that changed when I got these capsules. I've been taking them every day, because there's no crazy bad flavor. It's a little odd that the capsules seem to absorb some water, so I can't just swallow these pills without water like I can others. The bottle says to dring with a full glass of water anyway, so I guess that's not a bad thing. It does feel odd that the suggested dose of these is 12 capsules per day (not a typo). I've tried dividing that up during the day, and that works okay, but I've found taking them all at once is easiest so I don't forget. As for the health benefits, that's nothing that I can scientifically show. I will say that my body's "output" has changed, not just physically, but also in that I don't ever feel like I need fiber! If you're on the fence, I would say just try a bottle for a month, and see what happens. I got my girlfriend into it by having her start taking just three a day, and now she loves it.Customer Review: Noticeable Difference

I do not get all the fruits and veggies that I should. This really helps fill the gap. I went a month taking these Greens+ capsules, and felt a good increase in energy and just felt better overall. Still, I was not sure if it was a placebo effect, so I went a month without Greens+. I noticed a drop in energy, and I actually found the biggest difference to be in my bowel movements which were not quite as healthy. I try to eat well, but have my faults like everyone else. I drink a lot of protein shakes. Since they don't have a lot of good nutrition properties other than lean protein, I often take 6-12 of these and throw in some berries for antioxidants with them.Customer Review: Improved my energy level!

well, based on another persons review, i AM health nut. i have spent as much as $200 a month on supplements, as i have lots of health issues and will not use chemicals in my body. however, i knew that most of what i was taking was not even being assimilated, as i have a new health issue brought on by a car accident that triggered fibromyalgia. anyone who is into alternative medicine knows that that condidion creates digestive issues that make is almost impossible to assimilate nutrition correctly, due to chronic digestive issues. anyhew, i have recently went on social security,as i cannot work full time any longer. although that is good, i cannot afford to spend the bucks on numerous supplements to help with numerous health issues. i have tried several other green food supplements, one they taste terrible and i will put off taking it when i should due to that. two, they are way too expensive, considering my low income. to make a long story short, i am now spending under $40 a month on greens+, and feeling wonderful. my digestive issues are slowly disappearing and i have more energy, even with the chronic fatigue syndrome. i am not back to where i was in how i felt five years ago before my accident, but i notice the difference when i run out immediatly. so, there you are. health nut or not, this stuff is great and does all it says it will.although taking too many supplements wasnt good for me, it is wonderful to know that 12 of these daily does the trick for all that i need.
