...but do not just mix it with water! Yecch! Instead consider MY version of a Super Shake, into a blender put:
1/2 cup of soy milk (isoflavinoids galore and soy protein!)
4 T. of frozen blueberries (or black- or raspberries (anti-oxidants!)
One banana (potasium, flavor, good binder for the shake)
1 T. Greens Plus
1/2 T. Flax Seed Powder (GNC carries it)
1 scoop of a good, low-carb protein powder, vanilla flavor (again GNC)
1/2 c. of freshly-made green tea (add it hot, it evens out the cold ingedients)
1/2 c. mixed nuts (the kind with NO peanuts, costco sells a nice sized container for not too much dough).
Blend for at least one minute (to allow nuts to be pulverized) and drink with a fish oil capsule (from GNC) for extra Omega-3 oils. Delicious. Drink this once a day and you will have more nutrition in one sip than most people get in a day.
To go one step further consider adding 1/2 cup of Carrot Juice and a 1/2 cup of Pomegranate Juice too (both available at Costco to add even more anti-oxidants, Vitamin A and Beta-carotein.
