I had to be as considerate to the next possible curious female thinking about this product, because if it were not for the other women comments i would not have purchased it.
I am 42 years old, do not have any children and i wasn't having urinating problems but i could tell that orgasms were MUCH MUCH harder for me to achieve and when i did they were extremely mild, forced, and short. I've tried kegals but it didn't really make a difference. Ran across this ad and the comment, so i decided to give it a shot.
WOW! i am so glad i did. I didn't realize how weak my muscles were down there. UNBELIEVABLE! I just started off and i'm using the light blue one. Let's just say i have a LONG way to go BUT at least i can see what's going on. i know it may sound crazy but after just 3 workouts i can tell the difference. I can't wait until i can close it all the way.
After i insert the Gyneflex i start my reps. I use a stopwatch to track how many secs i'm holding it. I put my finger at the very opening just to see if i can feel myself coming down a little. I can just barely touch my finger for about 3 secs right now but the first time i couldn't even touch my finger at all.
I'm in a long distance relationship so i will not know about the orgasm part until next month but i will certainly post after i experience it. For now i am on a mission to close the light blue one completely with ease and be onto the dark blue one before i get with my partner next month. I am so curious to see if we both can feel the difference.
I also find myself walking around kind of tightening myself up down there similar to holding in my stomach as a practice to help train the muscles.
SORRY for the long post but i am so so so very happy. THIS thing will really HELP you ladies.
