Customer Review: Fantastic chair

I got this chair for my 91 year old grandmother and we both love it! My grandmother kept saying she didn't want her granddaughter lifting her big old chair. This new one is so light I carried it from her underground garage to the second floor one handed with no strain at all! (It was delivered to my house and I didn't want to get the wheels dirty before she saw it in case I had to return it).
The only complaints we have are the armrests are too high, so my grandmother sits on a pillow. Also, it says it comes with two drink holders and those are just the two pouches on the back of the seat you could only put a small water bottle with a lid. I thought it came with a regular drink holder that would hold a coffee cup or a cup you would get at a mall food court so your not trying to juggle a drink and a wheelchair.
Other than those two things we love the chair, it's a great price, is very well made, and it comes with its own set of tools so you can adjust the footrests. If I could do it over again I would definitely buy this chair again.
