Okay, why is this the best nicotine gum out there?
It tastes better.
It's a sizeable piece.
It doesn't get hard like some nicotine gums (like Nicorette).
It's very inexpensive--cheaper even than stuff from Walmart, Sam's, or Costco.
To save even more, get the 4 mg gum, even if you are not a heavy smoker. Then bite off half a piece to get your 2 mg fix.
Nicotine gum beats smoking, hands down. Almost all of the damage from smoking comes from the tar, not the nicotine. Not that you want to chew this all your life--but it's a great place to begin when you're ready to quit.
