I absolutely swear by these when you have a cold! Here is what you do to make your cold go away fast: As soon as you feel sick, you start taking them. You have to use about 15 each day for approx 2 days.(just carry them in your pocket and suck on them throughout the day) One bag will plenty to get you feeling better since you can see results within 24 hours. Without them it takes 2 weeks for me to get over a cold. I know it sounds like a lot to use but the high amount of vitamin C really does the trick! I have a cold right now, and am already feeling better!
