Due to some of the negative customer reviews, I was kind of skeptical when I ordered this product. But I still took a chance and ordered two hair dryer stands - one for me and one for my teenage son. He assembled them in no time. We both love using the hair dryer stands! Our hair dryers are two different sizes & shapes (neither are the small travel size) and both of them can be easily fitted onto the stands without use of the velcro straps. The bases of the stands have never tipped over and the top part of the stand (which is bendable) can be easily positioned. I have shoulder length hair and I am amazed at how much faster I can dry my hair when using the stand. And I can do a better job of blow drying it straight than when I only had one hand free for styling. I love to multi-task, especially when I'm in a hurry, and this product allows me to be applying make-up while drying my hair. All in all, I'm quite pleased with this product, which makes hair drying faster and easier and less of a chore.
