I discovered this product by accident at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I tested it at the store and was instantly hooked. They also had another, more expensive, brand of head massager with a wooden handle which did not feel good at all. I had never before heard of a scalp massager, but it's an amazing invention! This thing feels awesome. I keep it by my laptop and use it several times per day. I am afflicted with chronic headaches/migraines and, to my joy, I find that this thing makes the pain go away while I'm using it. The pain comes right back after I stop, but to have relief for even a few minutes is wonderful. I guess the delicious tingly sensation temporarily short-circuits the pain (or causes a distraction from it).
I bought my first one 2 days ago and then went back yesterday and bought 3 more for a spare and gifts. I can't handle using this on my knees and elbows--way too tickly--but it is simply divine on my head! Obviously, not everyone will be as thrilled with this product as I am. For example, my son (age 22) said it gave him chills and was interesting, but he has no desire to own one. My husband hasn't tried it yet because he's out of town, but I expect he will love it. Does anyone know why the tip of the handle has a sharp point? Are we supposed to use the pointed tip as part of the message, sorta like acupuncture? I haven't been using that part.

I have been using this for several months now (briefly, almost every day)and I still love it! My husband loves it, too! It feels great if you do it to yourself and even better if someone else does it to you.
