Customer Review: Can't live with out it! Got really bad migraines? THIS HELPS!

I suffer from terrible migraines (about 8 a month) and while this doesn't get RID of the migraines what it does is helps me COPE with them......
WHat I do is rub the mygrastick on the pressure points where the migraine hurts (i.e.on the back of my neck where the pressure starts building, in the middle of my my temples and between my eyes and the cooling sensation really really helps to DISTRACT the pain away and makes me feel alive and alert. As many of you migraine sufferers know, you feel lethargic and you do NOT feel alert....when you are experiencing a miraine you also feel VERY NASSEOUS....this helps to abate those feelings....
It makes me feel alert enough to continue my work or go on the bus to work or until I Can get to my medication...it actually wakes me up enough so I am coherent enough to do what I have to do.
YET, if i take some before Igo to bed, its soothing sensation helps relax me enough so that I can go to sleep....without it, the pain is so great I can't concentrate on going to sleep....I order this stuff at least 8 at a time because I keep it in my purse, by my bed, in mywork bag, in my desk and on my person since it's been a natural Godsend and a great alternative to the many pills I've been prescribed.....
You definitely should try it!
