The scale works great, but I purchased it to weigh parcels for shipment; and when I removed the tray and tried to insert the plugs, they didn't fit correctly. They kept falling out because they were too small. I contacted the company via email and I was surprised to learn that they won't just send me replacement parts. They want me to send the scale to a company in Missouri for repair, which will take four to six weeks. Not liking this at all.Customer Review: Same product as Salter 914 Electronic Baby and Toddler Scale at more than twice the price
