I mix the powder in with water or juice 4 or 5 days a week. It tastes a lot better with juice or vitamin water but it's tolerable with water and saves calories. I really feel like I absorb the vitamins and get much more benefit compared to synthetic vitamin C capsules. I have been using this regularly for over a year now. My only complaint is that sometime last year they changed the formula - new and improved according to the bottle. It altered the taste (now it's more acidic) and also made the the consistency really odd; you can never completely get the powder to mix with whatever liquid you're using. However, it's still a great product and I will continue using it as long as it's available.
