Customer Review: great skin care for light skin!

I used this product last summer when I was in the sun daily. I wore sunscreen but since I'm very pale and freckle easily, I wanted any extra help I could get. I did fine that summer.
THIS summer I wasn't in the sun much, so I started the season just using SPF 50 sunscreen. Wow. I had lots more problems, freckles, age spots, very unattractive. I tried to get back on Heliocare at the middle of the summer, but the merchant from whom I ordered was a flake and never delivered. Next summer, I'm back on Heliocare all season!
Customer Review: Do you get itchy bumps from sun exposure?

I never had a problem with sun exposure ( I grew up in the Florida sun) ... however 4 years ago I started to break out in little bumps after a couple hours of sun exposure ... the bumps itch and present themselves on my hands, arms, ears, scalp and sometimes on my chest. The condition is called PMLE (polymorphous light eruption).
Taking 2 Heliocare and using a broadspectrum SPF almost completely stops the itchy bumps. Well worth the price.

Heliocare is an excellent alternative to expensive anti-aging treatments. It combats aging effects of the sun and is a proven anti-oxident. It lets me go out in the sun and not worry about being burned and leaving lasting damaging effects on my skin. These capsules are easy to use and are perfect for people interested in preserving the youth of their skin, as well as any individuals who have exposure to the sun!
