I was diagnosed with acute gastritis and I was recommended this product from a friend and WOW I couldn't be happier. My abdominal pain has been at ease no complaints. The good thing about this product is that you don't have to take it only if something is wrong, you can take it for any reason and/or even just the delicious taste. I would definitely recommend it. It's recommended to use twice a day, morning and evening, for better results.
As far as taste, it's tangy, I drink 3 cap fulls with 4oz of water n it's pretty strong but good. u can dilute it depending on how you prefer. it's not sour. a little sweet tangy.
