As someone who has had to take anti-depressants I began looking for a natural herbal anxiety reliever. I stumbled upon a thread at Amazon where someone recommended this product. I took the first dose at night during a weekend to find out what kind of side effects it might have. The first thing I noticed is that I didn't remember falling asleep. I usually lay awake for a long time before falling asleep but I fell asleep as soon as I went to bed. The next morning I awoke refreshed without the "hangover" feeling left by sleeping pills. I took the next dose that morning and it didn't make me drowsy or jittery or "high" as some antidepressants. I just felt calm-It really works!
