The whole unit vibrates, makes your feet numb. It is Very Noisy (too noisy). We returned it, since we purchased ours at Wal-Mart.So glad I did not mail order this.

This product does not massage at all......just vibrates. I have it under my desk at work and RARELY use it. Very disappointing.
