Though I have purchased hundreds or thousands of items from Amazon, this is my first review. I'm writing because I feel that this is one of the most easily overlooked items. I use it everyday and it is well worth the price.
The BKK-100 the best spot massager that I know of. Since its so cheap, I bought 4 in case they discontinue it. You can hit practically any spot that needs massaging with this baby. You just have to manuever it so that it gets the spot you want. I use it on high speed for my feet, calves and hamstrings. I also use it on slow speed with a beenbag chair for my back shoulder and neck.
This unit doesn't have the mechanism to go up and down. You have to move your body to get the spot you want. Again you just have to learn to position the massager so that it hits the kinks. It is the form of this massager that is so great. Much easier to get your back than one of those handhelds. Even the fancy massage chairs might not get the particular spot you want. I know because I had a $3000 chair and gave it to my mom because I like the combination of BKK-100 and SBM-300 better.
If you want a general back massage with a moving mechanism, the SBM-300 is good. But if you want to massage a particular spot, nothing beats the BKK-100.
