I purchased this to use on the desk chair in my office at work. I was basically interested in the heat feature. The heat and massage turn off after 15 minutes. This is described as a safety precaution but it is highly annoying to have to re-set everything every 15 minutes.

Product does not generate enough heat to provide relief to sore, aching muscles. The "massaging" action is actually a vibration action. When heat is switched on, the vibration action is reduced dramatically.Customer Review: HoMedics Lumbar Massager

HoMedics makes some good products. I have some of their others. But his one is not one of those. It sounds good in the listing, but then you get it and say..."Please remind me why I bought this?" Skip it.
