Customer Review: Picked up one of these for my lower back

I picked up one of these in a retail store for my lower back (lumbar). I have a spondy (L4/L5) and this item was both reasonably priced and it helps so so much. At the end of the work day my back is almost always throbbing with pain and after about 20-30 minutes of sitting with this on massage & heat I feel like a new person. So far has saved me a lot of money as I no longer visit the chiropracter. Has also tremendously reduced the amount of medicine that I take for my back, at least in the evenings.
I should mention though that I do not use it while driving even though it did come with a vehicle adapter. I simply don't want to have any distraction while driving. I don't even leave my phone turned on while in the vehicle.
There are more advanced and / or simpler products out there but I would definately recommend this product because it is reasonably priced compared to similar products.
