I have been using this thing for about three years. I just noticed that it had magnets...that must be why it works so well. This is the BEST product to use for lower back pain. You can use the included cold packs, or put another cold pack between it and your back. Very easy to adjust and you can get it tight without strangling. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
