I'm 5'5, 170lbs, and using this cushion seems a bit firmer than I'd like. I've only been using it for an hour so far, so haven't test it all out yet, but compared to a mesh version of a similar product, I say the other one is actually better.
What I dont like about this cushion is that the strap is too small/tight. Within a couple minutes of putting it on my computer chair and taking it off I can see that the elastic is warped and stretched out. Also because I dont put too much pressure on my back, this cushion seems to force my back forward (which i guess is what you should do), but it is uncomfortable. I'm constantly readjusting in my chair, trying to find a comfortable position with this cushion.
The pro for this product is that it really seem to make you sit properly. therefore I'll keep using it until its too uncomfortable. I'm thinking of keep it in my car for long trips.

I read that there were issues regarding the sides of this lumbar pillow... but I like how they stabilize my lower back and keep it from moving side to side. I have had several back surgeries, the most recent one a few months ago... so I needed a pillow that could give me more support while sitting up...as well as stabilize my back from moving independently from my hips. This pillow allows me to sit on the couch without pain... sit at the computer chair... etc. I have a smaller lumbar pillow already for driving.
My only complaint that it is covered with a nice soft WHITE fabric. The white will be sure and get dirty easily...but is removable and machine washable/tumble dry.
I am six feet tall and around 175lbs. It fits me fine. I really like the adjustable elastic band on the back to keep in place on your chair.

I bought this pillow because I needed to drive across the country and it worked really well. I drove for more than 12 hours a day without any lower back pain. The only thing I did notice was some minor pain in my upper back from sitting up so straight. I don't think that was specific to this pillow, though. It's probably something that happens with many lower back support pillows because your upper back can't really rest against the seat. Or maybe, my back was tired because I'm usually sitting with bad posture and this is the first time I sat how I am suppose to for long periods of time. Either way, I would still recommend this pillow.Customer Review: Great pillow.

I just got this pillow and am satisfied with it but not fully.
The material is good, firm enough not to sag. But the reason I did not give it all stars is that the width is too little for me. I am a small frame person and it would not be suitable for a large person.It is Only a foot wide . A wider pillow is neeed to cover the back of my chair. Also the elastic band which holds it in place at the back of a chair, is too small. It is stretched to max at the back of my chair. It provides great support. A medium grade memory foam. looks good on your office chair.I would not recommend it for anyone who has a broad back.
