Customer Review: The Best Alarm for Non Morning People!

I am so excited with my new purchase. As a woman who like most have to work for a living I absolutely hate to get up in the morning. I don't like to talk to anyone, I curse every time I have to get up, I wonder why I can't hit the lotto, and I think about how many sick days I have before I get up out of the bed. This little doo-hickey has made my mornings much more enjoyable.
I have had a history of waking up to buzzers and music and each time the alarm went off, I was ready to slit my wrists. This alarm however, offers the option to wake up to calming, soothing, nature sounds and I gently ease into my mornings instead of being jolted into it. So, I wake up to the rainforest in the A.M. and I experience birds chirping and sway of the trees and I am happy for it......

It's not just an alarm. We use ours for the nature sounds. You can set it to your favorite nature sound, and leave it on all the time. Or just all night. Another useful feature is the ceiling-projected time. If you wake up in the middle of the night and want to see what time it is all you need do is look at the ceiling.
I got mine 2 years ago, and used it for awhile, then my cat knocked it off the nightstand and I found it again a few days ago.
I bought it to mask the barking dog next door. It didn't help for that, but finally that neighbor moved.
I set it up with the overhead clock projector on, and the STORM sound on. I turned it on and left it on.

We got this clock mainly for the sound machine and couldn't be happier. We often have troubles sleeping at night because we live in a noisy college apartment. This machine does a great job at drowning out that noise with pretty nice nature sounds. We had looked at other sound machines but most had pretty cruddy sound quality or were a water feature as well. The sound loops are done pretty well and I haven't really noticed the looping. All the sounds a pretty great with my favorites being Rain, Ocean, Summer Nights (crickets), and Thunderstorm. The time projection does cast a blue glow in the room but it isn't hard to get used to and I like that the blue time can be seen during the day as well unlike our old red time projector we had.Customer Review: Best Clock Ever!

I initially purchased this clock radio for myself and fell in love with it. The sound machine has 6 different sounds and I use it every night to help me fall asleep. The radio works well - but the best is the time projection onto the ceiling. The numbers are large enough to be seen without my glasses and the light is a soft blue so it won't be so bright as to keep you awake.
My son fell in love with it too, so got him one for Christmas. Then got one for my parents and bought another for a coworker as a thank you gift. This definitely makes a unique gift without breaking your budget. There are fancier ones out there, but this basic model is all anyone would need.

Just bought this clock yesterday and slept like a baby last night. My wife is pregnant and has a hard time falling asleep. Well not last night. She was out like a light as soon as I turned on the falling rain. Not to mention that I was asleep in no time also. The clock is nice and the projection is a nice added feature also. I dont seem to have a problem with getting it to focus on our ceilings and we have cathedral ceilings. Its also not to bright like some people say, we didnt have a problem with it. As far as people complaining about the alarm snooze button, unless you are fumbling to hit the snooze button you wont change the time. All and all a good clock for the money.
