When I ordered this product it was at my door in no time. It did not work correctly so I asked for a replacement. You gave me everything I needed to print out in order to send the one I had back(i.e.shipping label with postage paid). The thing that truly shocked me was the fact that YOU SENT ME THE REPLACEMENT BEFORE I EVEN HAD THE CHANCE TO SEND YOU BACK THE ONE I HAD!!!!! I'M TALKING THE NEXT DAY!!!!!!
Needless to say I have removed EBAY from my favorites and downloaded "AMAZON EXPLORER"!!! I have been coverted and it's only AMAZON for me now!!! Thank you guys for for having such a great customer service. Please don't ever change and keep up the great work.

This was given to me by a friend and I in turn purchased another one to give as a gift. It was very easy to use, almost didn't need instructions. The only slightly negative comment I have, would be the blue up light with the time projecting on the ceiling. It will be blurry if you are nearsighted and need glasses. Of all the other similar items with "nature" sound effects I've listened to, this one is by far the better with a "natural" clarity. The sound tracks do repeat and if you listen too carefully, you will notice it. I've found the "seashore and seagulls" track to be quite soothing and I fall asleep easily. I'm sure you or a loved one with enjoy this item.Customer Review: Great Sleep Aid

I love this clock. The sounds on it are very realistic and soothing, especially the rain sound, which puts me and my wife right to sleep. I like the rainforest sound, but she finds the birds to be distracting. Also, while I think the time projection on the ceiling is just about the coolest thing ever, my wife says it casts a blue glow in the room that disturbs her sleep; so, no projection for us. I also found the radio portion especially hard to tune, but I didn't get it for the radio.<br />

I saw this clock on the internet and told my uncle it's what I wanted for Christmas 06. I new it was good from all the reviews I have read so far and when I got it I found it even better than I expected. I have glass so I was worried about not being able to see the projection, but I was very surprised to find out that I could see it. And that's saying something because I'm blind without my glasses. I was also very pleased with the sounds. I love the sound of rain and this thing puts me to sleep right quick. It was so fun getting it for Christmas and everyone at the party want to know where to get one!! I love my new HoMedics clock radio and sound machine with time projection. I like the fact that I can turn the projection off and conserve the light source. The six nature sounds are very soothing and I use one of them every night to help me relax and drift off to sleep. I especially like the night sounds, rain, and thunder. I grew up in a rural environment where I was able to listen to the sounds of crickets, frogs, etc, and miss them now that I live in a small city on the upper floor of my apartment building. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for a time projection/sound machine. The price was right also!
