Customer Review: cute fountain; pretty lights

I bought this fountain for my child as a combination night light and white noise generator. Well, it is a charming fountain with pretty lights. This fountain can be almost silent -- slight pump noise & rare water sounds. On the highest setting, the water tinkle is pleasant but not too loud.
Overall, we're happy with it. The changing lights on the water look pretty; the on-off switch convenient; the fountain looks nice when running; and the interaction of light & water makes a pretty display on the wall behind the fountain. Water splashes a bit but not so much as to be problematic -- the droplets seem to land only on the fountain lip.

After daily use for a year, the glue on the horizontal glass bars weakened, and they all dropped out. We glued them back in, but didn't get the angles quite right. The fountain isn't as pretty anymore, but still nice. The motor works great.
