Wow... What a great product, this product does work, I lost 9 lbs. utilizing it, it does take some discipline, but after the first day, you will be okay. Everyone is different and responds differently to diets. I, personally, am against them! I was turned on to the product due to drastic reasoning and was very skeptical. I used the product and have come to the conclusion that it is a temporary fix for a long term problem. It tastes fantastic because it basically just tastes like fruit juice. The amount of sugar in the product helps nothing! A person could have the same results if they just drank water all day and fasted for 24 to 48 hours. So, either you can fast... or fast with sugar and something that has flavor...Customer Review: DOES NOT WORK

I was told that I need to lose weight due to abnormal sugar and cholesterol levels (by no means am I fat or chubby). I thought what better way to jumpstart something like that than to try something I had heard about repeatedly. In comes the Hollywood Diet. I did not lose ANY weight on this, I didn't feel better, and no matter what people tell you it tastes like [...]. If I had known I'd be throwing away $25 to help me with this I could have saved myself the time by putting cash in the trash.
Since I have been told I need to lose the weight (and the embarrassment of the Hollywood Diet)I have cut as many sugars out of my diet as possible. I drink only water (With Crystal Light or Acai drink mixes found out Costco) and eat as healthy as possible, including a jumpstart on the metabolism with grapefruit. I eat 5 small meals a day. I am on a fixed income (single mother trying to make ends meet between rent and daycare) but have been able to lose almost 15 lbs in 2 weeks eating healthy and exercising.
Hollywood Diet is a hoax.

Ok first, you know you don't loose 10lbs of fat right? It's all water weight which comes back once you resume your diet unless you eat 0 sodium.
If you enjoy being hungry and starving yourself, go right ahead but I urge you to read reviews on the product other than a few 4-5 star reviews that are shown on one listing on amazon.com.
It is also outrageously expensive. Same as throwing your money away.
If you want to detox and cleanse your system, there are much cheaper and effective ways of doing it. I feel like a twit for buying this at a local drugstore and I didn't even pay the cost that is found here.
