It wasn't easy or fun but it did the job, I lost 5 pounds in 2 days and it didn't come back. I also worked out both days. I wasn't dizzy or light headed but I definitely had some hunger pains. You have to make sure you drink each serving slowly or else you will feel starved. The taste wasn't bad but its a little sweeter than I would like. By the second day I was so ready to go back to eating real food even if it was just a salad!Customer Review: Jump start loss

This juice , if taken as directed will help to jump start a diet with quick weight loss. You can drop 5 pounds in two days as directed. As with any diet/weight loss program, it is not a miracle juice. you still have to make a lifestyle adjustment with food and exercise to maintain and continue weight loss.Customer Review: Might work,,, but didn't work for me

My co-worker and I did this same diet together. We took 4 oz of the juice mixed with 4 oz of water 4 times a day for two days. Neither of us ate anything for two days. The only thing we drank was water or unsweetened, decaffeinated tea. We would chew sugar free gum to help with the mental aspect of it. On the first night, I found dinner time to be the hardest. I did put a cashew, almond, and macadamia nut (one of each) in my mouth. I chewed them but spit them out. That helped me get through dinner. My co-worker had to make dinner for her family that night and tasted the food to make sure it was cooking right but spit it out as well. So as best as I can tell, all factors were the same except that I started off more overweight than she is. My goal weight is 30 pounds away and hers is 20.
I lost no weight. She lost 5-6 pounds. She worked out for 30 mins the first night and 20 the second night (but said she felt very weak and dizzy both times). It's very possible that it was the workout that lost the weight for her and not the drink?
So, like everything in life, I would say that this is completely dependent on the person involved and that even following instructions exactly will result in very different results. My advice is that it wouldn't be a bad thing for you to try at least once to kick start a diet or to do a cleanse/detox, but be realistic about the results. Do it with someone else because that helped me a lot! You will be HUNGRY but you will also be surprised how much of it is mental and not the grumbles in your tummy telling you to eat.

I tried this last year, and by the second day I woke up in great pain. I tried it again a few weeks later hoping it wasn't the juice that caused the pain the first time, and the same thing happened.
I give it 2 stars because I actually did lose a few pounds on this stuff.

I did not lose weight with this product. I suggest to exercise more like running or going to the gym!
