I have used this product off and on since it came out. It always seems to do the trick and I do keep the weight off after is completed. I recommend exercising for at least an hour (cardio and weight training) to have maximum benefits. Please don't cheat and think that you'll have the same results, keep with the 8 glasses of water (I also substituted the water with cups of organic green tea and substitute sugar) and you will def enjoy looking at the scale once more.Customer Review: Probably works

Ive tried this twice and each time I got so dizzy I had to eat something. So I would have a salad for dinner. Each time I only lost 1 pound.
