I really like the back massager. It works wonderfully! It has two setting where one is mild for me and strong which my favorite setting. The small compact size allows me to slide it up or down on the chair to work on different areas of my back. It would be nice if it came with some sort of straps to fix it to the chair. I don't like where the power button is hidden. Also it would be nice if the power cord was longer. These are only minor points to me. For the price, it is an amazing product; you just will not find anything better than this for that amount. I highly recommend it.Customer Review: Seems to like it

I got this for my best friend, a med student who is always leaning over desks. He says he really likes it but wishes it had been a little easier to figure out (vague instructions). He loved that it could be used not just for lumbar massage but if he was sitting on the bed he could use it for his hamstrings or even thoracic space. Personally, I was really impressed with the shipping time. No problems with it so far. Word of warning, he tends not to use the heat function, just the massager. This shiatsu massager works great for me. It's the same shape as the lumbar pads used for officechairs but has the added bonus of shiatsu massage AND heat (I don't know what went wrong for the first reviewer but the heat works and the shape hits my back just fine). It has the same shiatsu quality as the full back massagers from Homedics but lacks the bells and whistles because of its size and lower price. I like it because I am always leaning over my laptop doing work and this helps get the kinks out.Customer Review: highly reccomendable

I didn't have much time to try this product when i got it at home so I decided to bring it at work.I'm in the healthcare industry and performs some lifting almost everyday.So when i got my break,I plugged the product right away to try it and...PRESTO!...this is great!plus the amount of heat coming from the rotating balls (2) is just enough to give you that nice feeling. Since then ,whenever I feel that stiffness at my lowerback, i use it!In fact ,I"m using it right now as i make this review!Wonderful!Customer Review: I Prefer SP-10HD more than BKK-200

Hello Every one ..
I tried both SP-10HD and BKK-200 both are great and Excellent ..
SP-10HD seems to be more Soft pillow and you can feel the massage more than BKK-200 because the material in BKK-200 is more solid that only make you feel the massage on the center of the pillow ..
so if you like a really deep massage I prefer SP-10HD ..
although BKK-200 is a Great choice ..
