Customer Reviews of Homedics FB-30 Bubble Bliss Foot Bubbler with Heat, WhiteCustomer Review: agree with 'get what you pay for' Summary: 3 Stars
Though I would love to have the really nice heated foot bath, this was a spur of the moment purchase and is about what I would expect for this amount of money. The manual says that the heat will only maintain the temp of the water put in the footbath, but it doesn't really even do that. One thing I personally like about it though is that it does not have the vibrating option that some do. (I've only used one other kind, and it did vibrate.) I know some do like that and would want that option, but I'm personally not a fan of the vibrating massage so having just the bubbles was a plus for me. It is also not very loud, which is great. (not sure how loud other footbaths are though) I do wish it was deeper, and so after using it once, I'm not sure if I'll keep it or look for another one or not. Basically, if you're looking for something lightweight to soak your feet in with some bubbles made, this would be a decent buy. If you like it deeper and for the water to be kept heated, keep looking.
Customer Review: You get what you pay for Summary: 3 Stars
I bought this item at a local store for $19. It is not too bad. The bubbles are not jet spa type, but they do help relax your feet. The heat feature does not keep the water the temperature although I think it does help maintain it some, but I think the bubbles make the water cool faster. I am enjoying the foot stimulation right now, and it's nice. Feels like little cool bubbles tickling your feet. Definitely not what you experience at a spa, but good enough for the price. I wouldn't spend more than $25 bucks for it though. Bottom line: you get what you pay for.
Customer Review: Bubble bliss? Ummm ... no! Summary: 1 Stars
This product was a disappointment.
Positive points: it looks nice and is lightweight.
The negative is that it's not very effective. It does make bubbles but not enough to invigorate or massage your feet. However, it is enough to cause water to splash onto of the unit, but maybe putting less water would solve this problem. Although it is supposed to have a heater to help keep the water warm, it does not work. The water cooled after about 10 minutes.
Neutral: It holds about a quart of water if you fill it to the maximum fill line. I do not think you could fit feet larger than a women's size 8 and still be able to slide your feet comfortably across the nubs on the floor of the unit. The nubs may be helpful to help massage other people's feet but I did not find it adequate.
On the box, it claims to produce massaging bubbles as well as to relax and rejunevate tired feet. For me, it fulfilled none of its claims. I am returning my unit for a refund.
Customer Review: heat? the only heat is Summary: 1 Stars
the only heated water is the heat from the water that I put into the spa. DOES IT STAY WARM? JUST AS WARM AS ANY OTHER PLASTIC TUB YOU YOURSELF PUT THE WATER INTO.
why did I pay exztra for this feature and bought it from Target who says if you opened the unit you can only re purchase the same unit. So now this happened for the second time.
Customer Review: Useless attempt at foot care Summary: 1 Stars
The Homemedics FB30 Bubble Bliss is just a bucket with air bubbles. The so-called "heater" will not heat up the water in the bucket, and if you put your own hot water in the bucket as instructed by the owner's manual, the heater will not keep that water warm. Want to save $22? Run some hot water in the bathtub and throw in an AlkaSeltzer...
