Got this as a christmas gift 2 years ago...the infrared heat never worked and it ended up on our yard sale table.
There are a lot of better options on Amazon - in general Homedics makes cheap products across the board - go with another product for muscle relief!

Bought this product at another store. Overall, I felt it didn't massage at all. It's great if you want a soft buzzing on your back, but it won't help to get out any knots or relieve muscle aches in any way. Don't waste the money. I wish I hadn't.
