This chair hurt my mid-back. Too hard!
I let a few people try it out before returning- we all had the same problem.
Knobs turn inside that go from low to upper back. Not very pleasant.

I used it properly 4 times and the motor went out. Would not recommend to anyone. Homemedics needs to get better motors!
